1. We ship via USPS. Standard shipping in the U.S.A. is by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. We also ship by USPS first class mail for very light orders (under 13 oz).
   P.O. Box is accepted by USPS as a shipping address. If your reside in Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Military overseas (APO) we will ship to either a box number or physical address via USPS. Express Mail upon request.

U.S.P.S. shipped damaged goods and their packaging must be kept for inspection by U.S.P.S. for 10 business days in order to secure your refund. If your damaged or lost shipment is by USPS you can expect to wait up to 6 months for a refund.
   Unopened product older than 6 weeks from the date of invoice will not be accepted for return. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returned product given prior approval for return.
