Flax seed oil: A rich source of linoleic acid omega-6 and a rich source of alpha linolenic acid omega-3. Flax is a great vegetable source of omega 3 oils

Pumpkin seed oil: Source of Omega-6, 9 and 3

Black currant seed oil: Contains a significant amount of GLA. Direct supplementation with GLA is beneficial because it negates the possibility of the linoleic acid (Omega-6) from being damaged and deactivated before converting to its messenger form.
