Shipping and other information:

1. We ship ONLY via U.P.S. Worldwide Service.
   P.O. Box is not accepted as a shipping address. We need your full contact information including your full name your complete physical address and your telephone number and E mail address. We can not process your order or provide you with a shipping quote without this information.
   We will not ship via any other method, so please do not ask us to do so.
   
   

2. Shipping charges for U.P.S. depend upon weight, value, country and package size. Please Contact us or submit your order with your E mail address and we will contact you with your exact shipping charges.
   
   

3. 100% Money back guarantee applies to "unopened products" returned within two weeks upon receipt of goods. After two weeks, a 20% restocking fee applies. Merchandise older than six weeks is not eligible for return. Merchandise should not be returned without prior approval. Contact us.

   According to International law, once your order has been picked up by UPS, it is no longer our responsibility. That said, we will (on your behalf) make every effort to recover your order should it be lost or stolen, but we can not fully guarantee its recovery or your refund.
