HOW TO BEGIN: Multi-Herb and Multi-Fiber are designed to be taken together in the morning
and evening as a complete internal body and colon cleanser. Start with
1 tablet of both products in the morning and 1 tablet of both products
in the evening. The products should be taken on an empty stomach to maximize
absorption and minimize bloating and gas. The best time to take Harmony
Formulas' Multi-Cleanse is about a half-hour before breakfast and a half-hour
before dinner or just before bed.

HOW TO INCREASE HARMONY MULTI-CLEANSE: Gradually increase your intake of each product by 1 tablet in the morning
and 1 tablet in the evening every other day until you're having 2 to 3
good bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 6 tablets of each product twice
a day. If you experience loose stool or diarrhea, simply decrease the dosage.
