By the time we arrived, it looked like the dead branch of a tree. It sat outside all winter in a bucket of frozen dirt. I told Shoko to toss it but she insisted that HB-101 could revive it. In the spring, Shoko soaked it for two weeks in a bucket of water mixed with HB-101, then she planted it in the ground. All summer long, Shoko continued to water this three foot tall dead branch with HB-101. I laughed and said she was crazy. The following spring (2003), several shoots sprang out of the ground surrounding the dead looking original trunk and I had to build a support. Two summers later (2005), there was so much growth, even with constant trimming, I had to build a full trellis. I'll post an update in the future as it has now taken over my balcony. HB-101 just works miracles on all types of plants, I never would have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes.

Before I put in the front walk and the arched trellis, Shoko planted the Trumpet Flower below. I whacked it with both the lawn mower and the weed whacker several times, twice right to the ground. HB-101 to the rescue. Also below, Day Lily, Peonies, Roses of Sharon, Iris and Hosta - all fed exclusively with HB-101 and Shoko's tender loving care.
